While this site does not promote "abandonware", all classic gamer's have encountered the frustration of an unreadable disk or file that can't be copied because of a CRC error. VI! It is my favorite adventure game, not just KQ. It has everything, an intriguing, multithreaded story with great dialog, wonderful puzzles that are well integrated into the fabric of the plot, superb voice acting, charming hand painted graphics and great music that was well suited for the locale....

Woodruff supported by ScummVM

Woodruff is now supported by ScummVM. This wacky Windows only game has been a PITA game to get going on modern Windows. ScummVM has made it a breeze. You can even get it to go full screen.

I would imagine that they are simply reworking the SCI engine to run on XP. A much easier task if you have the source. FreeSCI...
