Re: TV Series
I just finished all of Sherlock for the first time. Man, I hope they do a fifth series at some stage!

Re: Laura Bow and the Mechanical Codex
Hi Tawmis! Thanks for your interest in the project, and for reaching out to us... We have approached Activision with what we'd like to do, however it is a complicated situation and things aren't entirely sorted out yet. They are extremely hesitant, and basically won't even consider it without some ...

Re: TV Series
I’ve been on a British kick lately. Just finished the whole lot of Not Going Out and have recently started Ghosts, which I absolutely love.

Re: Laura Bow and the Mechanical Codex
Er ... what is "bobblehead Maniac Mansion"? *curious* I've played Maniac Mansion (and its sequel, Day of the Tentacle) many times, but I can't remember any bobbleheads there! :) I just meant that the Manic Mansion characters all had exaggeratedly large heads, not dissimilar to bobblehead figures.

Re: Kyrandia Book 1 (Complete), II (In Progress), III (Pending)
Partly to divert myself from the stressors of the last few years, I’ve been digging into these three games deeper than I ever have before. Not just replaying them, but studying how they’re put together, and have found some useful hacks through trial and error. I’ve even managed to correct a few grap...

Re: Laura Bow and the Mechanical Codex
The location renderings all look beautiful, so I give them huge props for that. The characters are certainly well done, but I’m still not digging the overly cartoony aesthetic. It just doesn’t gel with the very dignified portrait art the first two games had. Nonetheless, it’s still exciting to see L...

Re: AI written article about Laura Bow
Huh. Isn't it "The Colonel's Bequest"? Not "Colonel Bequest" or "Colonel Bequests"? ;) (The second one makes "bequests" sound like a verb, instead of the noun it actually is. As in, "The Colonel requests the pleasure of your company...") ;) Just goes to show how unreliable this AI is. It messed so ...

Re: AI written article about Laura Bow
Don’t take anything this article wrote as gospel. It compiled text together from random sources, and spliced different factoids together.
It wrote me another piece which tried to claim Andrew Lloyd Webber and David Niven were cast members of “I Love Lucy”. So...yeah.

I prefer the original realMyst as well. The newer version is impressive, but a bit plastic looking.
