Re: The "Too Many Games, Not Enough Time" Problem.

Tons. Metric tonnes. I don't think it's that I don't have time. It's that I'm just too lazy or disinterested. I need to just force myself to go through them all but I just never feel like starting a brand new game anymore that I'm not super hyped about lol. Agreed. So many games nowadays just look ...

Re: What are you playing now?

I just finished Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice and am still reeling. I've never played such an inventive and emotionally intense game before. I'll have to replay it to more fully understand the story, but not immediately. I think I need to recover from the first go! It'd pack a punch under any circums...

A text-based erotic adventure that only recognizes G-rated euphemisms.

Re: Describe the least-appealing game

A micro-transaction laden, subscription only anime football game, where every customizable feature is overpriced DLC only available in other countries.

Describe the least-appealing game

I saw this idea on another gaming forum and thought it'd be fun to do here. Basically, create a brief concept for a fictional game that only includes gameplay elements you find unappealing. In other words, you'll be summarising a nonexistent game that is as far removed from your tastes as possible. ...

Re: Headstone Limericks

Gary DeGrump had a dog
Whom he'd take for a walk in the bog
The dog gave a loud bark
Gary tripped in the dark
And vanished right into the fog

Nathalie, colder than ice
Liked to dine on live white mice
One bit her tongue
Another chewed her lung
'Twas deadly, this peculiar vice

Re: What are you playing now?

I just got an Xbox One, my first console Since I picked up a PS3 in 2012. I'm planning to try Alien: Isolation soon. Any recommendations from console players on other titles? Any style or genre, really.

Re: Headstone Limericks

You don't have to do Sierra characters per se. None of the KQ7 Ooga Booga epitaphs were plot relevant and none of the people mentioned in them appeared in the game...because they were all dead.

Come up with any name you like, just write 5 line limericks about funny/bizarre deaths.

Headstone Limericks

Remember the Ooga Booga gravestones in KQ7, and how each one had a limerick explaining how that grave's occupant died? I thought we could make up additional epitaph limericks here. Wearing an awfully big hat Clara looked not where she sat She parked her bum on a nail Gave a terrible wail And burst w...
