I recently found it at a thrift store. Haven't played it, yet.

Re: Blue Force.
I'd highly recommend it. If you played PQ1 to 3... and were disappointed in PQ4... Blue Force is essentially PQ4 without the name Sonny.

Re: Blue Force.
When you play it - it's easy to see how this could be Sonny (and was probably the intended PQ4...)

Re: Blue Force.
Played it and loved it, but I had this game before experiencing the first 3 PQ games (the only one I owned was PQ4 until I got the Collection Series copy with SWAT).

Re: Blue Force.
If you enjoy Sierra games - and if you liked Police Quest - I'd HIGHLY recommend Blue Force. It's the most SIERRA like game out there - that wasn't by Sierra (much more so than Kyrandia and Les Manly).

Re: Blue Force.
i started playing it but nuked my Windows box and never reinstalled it. For what I did play, i thought it did have that classic PQ feel to it and was well done. I almost wish it was a parser game tho, that shield control for the icons was a little hokey to me. would have been better with the icons at top ala Sierra or the bottom ala Lucasarts.
I need to remember to try this again when I get back into a DOS-day mood.

True. The controls were a bit of a pain in the rump. But that's probably because we were used to Sierra.the_doctor wrote:i started playing it but nuked my Windows box and never reinstalled it. Re: Blue Force.
Now, with you saying that that's the most non-Sierra Sierra's like game out there, my desire to play it raises!!

I can not emphasize enough how much this game should have been PQ4.AndreaDraco83 wrote:Now, with you saying that that's the most non-Sierra Sierra's like game out there, my desire to play it raises!!

Re: Blue Force.
I liked Blue Force a lot, even if it was, more or less, "Police Quest Lite." Probably the funniest scene is if you decide to clean your gun without removing the magazine first.
