New SHP Style

Here is a sneak peek at what I have been working on. This new style is based directly on the latest ProSilver. It is in keeping with the main site. It fixes a number of things that I was never able to resolve with the old SHP style. Most importantly it updates the style to address the various issues that have been creeping into the it with each new update of the board's software. Most importantly it should fix the CAPTCHA not showing when your account gets locked out by the spambots.

It is not quite ready. I still have to track down where they hid settings for tabs and the UCP.

I finally got back to it and felt it was ready to make it the default style. Please report any issues or concerns. Feel free to also post any reactions, positive or negative, too.
