If you get errors - can you copy and paste them (either here, when it goes through, or in a text file and upload it whenever the forum is functioning). I'd like to get specifics to them.

Just replied to the open ticket:
[SERVER OPERATIONS #YSP-103-84723]: Ticket Auto-Escalation

We're having users reporting that the issue is still happening. Last post I saw from Arvixe was that someone was identified as taking up some bandwidth or whatever - and has since been taken care of. But the issue is still being reported. I know Andrew discussed with you guys about moving it to a new server - (because I have no issues on my NewWarriors.com site forum with any kind of errors that have constantly been reported on the SierraHelp webpage). Is this an option at all? Because something on the server that SierraHelp.com is hosted on is causing a multitude of problems and it's becoming very problematic. And it seems like Andrew is reporting that Arvixe keeps reporting "the issue is resolved" - but sure enough, it isn't.

Another 503 at 2014-02-26 8:31 CET

503 should be enough information for the support department. if not, then having a 503 is the smallest problem you can have and I suggest moving to a different provider ASAP.

I had been saving these for my next contact, but since this is the current one, I'll post them here. They are screen shots as some of the reactions from their IT seemed to be more of disbelief.

That's why I am going to keep replying to my existing ticket - so that they can't close it. And if they do, I am going to reopen it.

Do you remember the ticket # by chance or have it saved?

Not off hand. I might be able to dig it up if I dig through my old Gmails. The title of that ticket was misleading because the agent I got was an idiot kid that had something like "Unauthorized Password Change" as the subject because when I first called in I was not even able to log into the cPanel because of the load and he changed the password to "fix" it. Of course what really fixed it was the load eventually went down. This affects the two Wikis, too, since they are PHP/database driven as well. The main site is mostly pure HTML with some Javascript, so it is rarely affected.

The problem is simply that there is some other site on the server that is heavily database driven that eats up database server resources to the point of crippling the others on the same server. The site is about twice the size of what their script to move sites to other servers can handle, so they refuse to move us.

My reply:

The main site loads, usually without a problem, because it's mostly html. However, if you try the forums or the wiki pages hosted on there - that's where we're seeing the issue.

The problem is simply that there is some other site on the server that is heavily database driven that eats up database server resources to the point of crippling the others on the same server.
