Stellar 7 and Nova 9 New Installers

Stellar 7 and Nova 9: Return of Gir Draxon aren't officially part of the Metaltech series, they are often associated with it. Nova 9 is just a small game, so it only took a few minutes to knock out. Stellar 7 has a Redbook CD Audio track, so the installer rips and compresses it to OGG for CD-less play.
