Ah Zeliard, still missing that one, along with Sorcerian. Aside from those 2 games, the Thexder series and Silpheed, Sierra didn't publish anything from GameArts, did they?

Just got a proposal from a seller to purchase LSL1 (SCI), LSL2, LSL3, Freddy Pharkas, SQ4 and PQ2, all complete, all together for $80. They won't even get listed on eBay. Did business with him before, very reliable and friendly man.

I believe that that is it for the GameArts games. I only need Slipheed. There is a PC version on eBay right now for $20, which I might have considered, but he wants $50 for shipping. Screw this type of unprincipled seller. I can wait. Are you going to take that deal? I already have all of those except PQ2 standalone, which I am watching one on eBay, now.

The one from today's mail:

I'm most definitely going to take that deal. I proposed him to buy 4 boxes at $20 each. He then said "80 bucks? For that amount you can have all 6 of them." Can't argue with that 8). Lucky you, cause i was watching that PQ2 on eBay aswell :P.

I was bidding on KQ1 SCI a week ago. There were 2 of them: one with only 5.25" disks (might that be yours?) and a sealed one with both disk types. Missed out on the second when the bids went over $40. It will show up again i'm sure. Got Silpheed about 2 months ago, from an Australien seller. Paid $20 for it if i remember correctly. Shipping was also about $20, but that's only normal considering it came from the other side of the planet. $50 shipping is a rip-off. Those kind of sellers just hope an innocent buyer doesn't check the shipping and grabs the bait.

I got the KQ for $.99 and it was with 3.5" disks. The box is in perfect shape. I wish eBay would set some standards for listings, like no stock photos, included items must be prominently listed, i.e. no cropped Moby Games photo with a "CD in case only" buried at the bottom of the page.

In case you're interested in Silpheed, there's one right now at a starting bid of $9.99 and cheap shipping, located in the USA. Boxed with manuals and both disk types. Auction ends in 5 or 6 days.
Bidders looking for the game by the title probably won't find it, since he mistyped it :)

Only $1.99? Very cheap indeed. The Crossfire floppy was cheap too for an On-Line Systems game, only $34.33. Normally On-Line systems go for at least $50, on average $100 and sometimes a LOT more. Check for example this one out. Softporn Adventure by On-Line Systems. First time i see it listed. Unfortunately the price is a wee bit over the top...

Ouch! And it is one that I do look for, as it is start of Larry. Oh well. The Mickey had a 'Buy it now" option, so I jumped on it.

I wouldn't go for $500 either. Softporn Adventure was a bestseller for its time, due to its controversial nature. It is rare, but not unlikely to pop up again every now and then.
BTW, if you find another Disney title for a low price and you don't intend to bid on it yourself, please let me know .

SCORE!!!

SQI AGI (Tawmis, next one is yours) SQII and SQIII. Got all three as a lot for $40.00. and only $6.95 shipping for all three. Not bad, considering that SQ1AGI can easily go for more than that by itself.
