For those trying to setup Willy on a new PC, I have written a new installer. These installers do not include the games. You must own the games to install them.

Thanks for finding the broken link. I did some updating, which broke a number of external links. The Willy link is fixed.

Drop this config tool in the game's folder and run it. The installer has been updated.

first off, i want to say thank you so much!!! this is my first post, so be gently. :P

i loved these games when i was a kid and still have a special place for them. i repurchased the new collections and your installers worked great!!! so i decided to dig out my old disc and see if i could bring life back into them. i can not seem to get willy beamish to run. the installer seems to be working and has no problems during the setup, but when i try to run it, i get an error message saying WillyBeamish.bat not found. i am trying to play the CD version. i am also having problems with Jones in the Fast Lane, it is the CD version as well. both are the DOS versions. i am using the installers from the New Installers page. i hope this forums isn't dead and you can help, if not you have already done alot!! thanks again!! :)

Run the diagnostic and attach the log from the game's folder here as a file (don't just copy and paste). Start a second thread in the "Other Sierra Games" forum for your Jones diagnostic log.

Drop this file in the game's folder, overwriting the old one.

ok you have saved me yet again!! but there was no file to overwrite. seems the exe file is named Willy Beamish CD.exe. the desktop link doesnt work but the new exe does. i had to change the target of the icon to look for the new exe file instead of the cd file. thank you again!!!
