Lords of the Realm 2

This patch corrects problems with battles crashing when music was turned off, arrow buttons not accelerating as they should when selling/buying items, and the map of Europe crashing from the custom game screen. It also corrects problems where every other map was 'missed out' in the 'Play Now' Campaign.

This update allows two players to skirmish (with Lords of the Realm 2 Siege Pack only) with 1 CD, resolves video pallet isuues with the Battle Map Editor, and multiplayer problems. Please read the readme file for more information on this update.
